Discraft Overhand Shots Clinic

Discraft has released yet another instructional video for disc golf, and I think this one is probably the best so far. Three pros explain the ins and outs of throwing overhand shots, i.e. thumbers and tomahawks.
Being an occasional overhand thrower myself, I can attest that these guys are giving sound advice. In particular, Monty Koz’s advice on making sure to follow through with your arm is key. Any overhand shot can be rough on your rotator cuff, especially if thrown improperly. But these guys are all better players than I, so I’ll let them explain.
