AADG Official Website Under Construction

As you may have noticed (and I hope you have) our website is currently being occupied solely by our blog. We are currently working with some other members of the disc golf community, and hoping to reach out to even more, regarding the development of a cohesive and powerful website for everything disc golf. Of course a project of this magnitude is a rather large undertaking, and we are discovering that it will take quite a bit of effort not to mention a little education on php, ftp, html, mysql, servers, bandwith and a bunch of other things we until recently knew very little about.

Our goal and the end result of this “website to be” is a virtual roof to house all things related to the sport. A place where newcomers can learn about why disc golf is so great, a place where “the old guys” can tell all the whipper snappers how great it used to be, and a place where you can meet fellow disc golfers, start clubs and clinics, spread the word about disc golf, learn about the latest gear, hear whats happening in tournament play and just have a good time.

So pardon our appearance as we set the stage here, and in the mean time please feel free to tell us what you really think on this blog. Oh, and tell your friends to come by and comment as well, the comments and suggestions we receive from the people who actually play the sport and love it will help to constant mold and evolve the AADG.
